Job Description

We seek an experienced Head of Power Generation & Utilities for EMEA to define and deliver regional strategy, operations, and performance across thermal, renewable, and utility assets. The role oversees operations and maintenance, budgeting, regulatory and HSE compliance, asset performance optimization, and cross-border stakeholder engagement.

• Lead regional teams and projects to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost control
• Ensure regulatory compliance and robust HSE governance
• Manage budgets, performance targets, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries

Requirements: 10+ years in power generation or utilities leadership, engineering degree, proven project and team management experience, strong regulatory and HSE expertise, and fluency in English; EMEA regional experience preferred. Must possess strategic vision, excellent communication skills, and readiness to travel across the region.
