Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to direct the EMEA power generation and utilities function, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation across thermal, gas, and renewable assets. The role defines strategy, drives operational excellence, and provides P&L oversight to optimize asset performance and returns.

• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance availability, efficiency, and safety.
• Manage regulatory engagement, budget control, and capital and operational programs.
• Requirements: 10+ years’ experience in power generation or utilities, proven leadership, technical engineering background, and strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Location: based in London or flexible within the EMEA region.
