Job Description
EWDTech seeks a professional Customer Service Representative Intern to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues across phone, email, and chat. The role requires courteous, timely responses, accurate recordkeeping, and collaboration with the team to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Respond to queries and manage complaints with professionalism
- Maintain accurate interaction records and follow-up as needed
- Support team tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Requirements: strong communication and interpersonal skills, friendly and professional demeanor, basic computer and typing ability, and ability to multitask. Details: one-week trial (stipend PKR 10,00–15,00), three-month internship contract, in-person work with potential for long-term placement based on performance.
