Job Description
Faisal Movers Express (FMX) is currently looking for a motivated and responsible Retail Sales Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our cargo terminal located in Taj Complex, Malir, Sohrabgoth. The successful candidate will interact with walk-in customers, manage the booking and dispatch of shipments using our system, and ensure efficient cargo sales and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the cargo sales counter.
- Provide information on services, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Accurately book shipments and prepare necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams.
- Resolve customer complaints and meet sales targets.
Requirements: Minimum of Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; strong communication skills; basic computer proficiency.
