Job Description
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Architect to lead residential, commercial, and interior projects from concept to completion. The role includes developing concepts, layouts, 2D/3D drawings and visualizations (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/3ds Max); presenting proposals; coordinating with engineers, designers, and contractors; conducting site visits; ensuring code compliance; and managing schedules, vendors, and budgets to deliver sustainable, cost-effective designs.
- Qualifications: B.Arch or equivalent and 2–5 years relevant experience
- Skills: strong visualization and presentation, construction methods and codes knowledge, multitasking, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Full-time, in-person. Compensation Rs40,00–Rs80,00/month plus performance incentives, professional growth, creative environment, and lunch provided.
