Job Description
Fashion Flare, a rapidly expanding fashion retailer, is seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative for our E-Commerce Clothing store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger to address inquiries.
- Resolve issues related to customer orders efficiently.
- File complaints with courier services as necessary.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Qualifications:
- Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
