Job Description
FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to strengthen and enhance our relationships with international clients. In this client-facing position, you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, timely updates, and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage client communications, conduct weekly check-ins, track project progress, and transform client feedback into actionable tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and a confident demeanor are essential, alongside a solid technical foundation in product development.
