Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will shape HR policy, implement HRIS solutions, and advise senior leadership to cultivate a productive, inclusive workplace.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Manage performance review processes and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
- Implement and maintain HR systems and reporting
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, minimum 5 years of HR experience, strong leadership and communication skills, employment law knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS and HR software.
