Job Description
Fresh Basket is seeking a motivated Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will oversee staff management, product displays, inventory control, and customer service, ensuring operational excellence throughout the store.
Ideal candidates will have prior retail management experience, preferably in grocery or produce, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. A solid understanding of fresh produce and proficiency in inventory management systems are essential. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, along with benefits including medical insurance, a provident fund, and paid annual leave.
