Job Description
Location: 13-KM Sheikhupura Road, Lahore
Position Title: General Manager – Production
Salary Range: PKR 200,00 – 300,00/month
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented General Manager of Production to effectively lead and manage our production operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of relevant production leadership experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to meet targets
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments for a seamless workflow
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity
