Job Description
GCE Academy is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the main point of contact for parents and teachers. Key responsibilities include:
- Professionally answering phone calls and responding to messages.
- Providing guidance to parents regarding tutor availability and associated fees.
- Coordinating demo sessions with teachers.
- Maintaining accurate records of all inquiries.
- Addressing and resolving concerns promptly.
Requirements: Candidates should possess an intermediate level of education or higher, with strong communication skills in English and Urdu. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is required.
