Job Description
Ghani Ceramics Ltd. is in search of a talented and experienced Senior Design Supervisor to lead our design processes and uphold exceptional production standards. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 4 years of relevant experience along with a degree in design or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure design alignment with project specifications.
- Monitor ink reactions during the printing process to maintain quality.
- Guarantee color accuracy in all printed designs.
- Compile and submit reports in a timely manner.
- Aim to minimize waste in sampling processes.
- Provide training and support to the team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
