Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven, creative TikTok Seller Account Manager to expand and optimize our TikTok Shop. Key duties include managing the TikTok Seller Center, uploading and SEO-optimizing product listings, overseeing orders, logistics, returns, and customer service, planning and executing campaigns and flash sales, leveraging major TikTok events, coordinating influencer and affiliate partnerships, and directing short-form content to maintain brand consistency.
Required: e-commerce and social media marketing experience, knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm and trends, strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical ability, and proficiency with TikTok Seller Center and influencer outreach. Preferred: background in digital marketing or experience with other marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart).
