Job Description
H3 Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual for the role of QA & Technical Lead at our Karachi, Pakistan office. This full-time position involves both manual and automated testing of software products, along with providing exceptional technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated software testing
- Identify, report, and track bugs
- Provide client assistance through chat, email, or calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in QA or technical support
- Familiarity with bug tracking software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Shopify or WordPress is a plus
Compensation: Starting at Rs30,00.00 per month.
