Job Description

Hashage Ltd is on the lookout for a well-organized and results-oriented Project & Digital Marketing Manager. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring effective client communication, and leading our internal team to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs promptly.
• Lead and manage the social media and marketing team, ensuring the delivery of quality work and adherence to deadlines.
• Distribute tasks and monitor progress within the team.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns by liaising with clients to clearly understand their goals.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide timely reports to clients.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients and team members.
