Job Description
Join the esteemed Hashmanis Group of Hospitals as a Senior Manager of Operations. We are in search of a dedicated professional holding a Master’s Degree in Health Care Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will possess 6 to 8 years of extensive experience in hospital operations.
Your key responsibilities will include supervising daily hospital operations, managing vendor relationships, overseeing procurement, preparing budgets, and handling crisis management. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning is essential for success in this role.
This full-time position is based at our Saddar location, with working hours from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
