Job Description
The Hashmanis Group of Hospitals is looking for a committed Call Centre Representative to become an integral part of our customer service team. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of call center experience
- Availability: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
- Location: Numaish, Head Office
- Strong communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls
- Respond to inbound calls
- Foster strong customer relationships
- Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively
