Job Description
HCM International is actively looking for a committed Officer to join our People Services department in Islamabad. This role requires in-depth expertise in onboarding and offboarding management, team leadership, and process enhancement. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing workflows, guiding the People Services team, and driving HR processes through digital transformation.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
