Job Description
Help In Need is on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate HR & Admin Coordinator to enhance our vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department by managing recruitment efforts, fostering employee relations, and handling various administrative duties.
Primary responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment initiatives, maintaining comprehensive employee records, assisting with benefits administration, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or administration, and strong proficiency in MS Office and HR software are essential.
