Job Description
Horizon Technologies is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries across our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will address customer queries with professionalism, efficiently process returns, and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Process returns and refunds accurately.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Location: Karachi, on-site evening shift.
Compensation: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
