Job Description
Horyzon Zero Service is seeking a Chat Support Representative in Karachi. In this position, you will provide assistance to customers and transporters via live chat and email, addressing inquiries related to shipments, payments, and platform issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through live chat and email.
- Provide precise information concerning shipments.
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate chat records in the CRM system.
- Achieve performance targets for response times.
Requirements: Intermediate education, 1-2 years of experience, excellent written English skills, computer literacy, multitasking abilities, and a readiness to work in shifts.
