Job Description
Horyzon Zero Service is seeking a dedicated International Customer Support Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers through phone, email, or chat. In this role, you will take orders, address inquiries, and resolve issues while providing exceptional service.
Qualifications Required:
- Outstanding English communication skills and a genuine passion for assisting others.
- Minimum O Level/A Level or Intermediate qualifications.
- Able to multitask efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
