Job Description
Hr Plug-In Consultancy is on the lookout for a confident and results-driven IT Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2 to 4 years of IT sales experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with warm leads from telesales campaigns, presenting our software solutions (ERP, CRM, or business applications), and successfully closing deals. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to foster trust with corporate clients, are essential for this role.
This is a full-time, in-person position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs130,00.00 per month.
