Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. The successful applicant will prioritize tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
