Job Description
We are seeking an organized Insurance Verification Specialist to verify patient insurance, confirm benefits, copays, and eligibility across insurer portals. The role includes maintaining tracking sheets, notifying departments of discrepancies, requesting missing information from patients, managing office visit records, calculating no-shows, and responding to patient emails.
- Location: On-site, Lahore; Full-time, Night shift 6PM–3AM
- Compensation: Rs70,00–Rs100,00/month
- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; detail-oriented; strong communication and multitasking skills; prior billing, customer service, or front desk experience
