Job Description
HRMD Solutions is a dynamic organization dedicated to excellence and growth. We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to identify top talent for our diverse workforce. In this role, you will source candidates fluent in English and collaborate closely with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Please note that this position requires night shifts.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; experience in a bilingual environment; fluency in English; strong organizational abilities; and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
