Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Fertilizer Field Officer to provide on-site agronomic support to farmers. Responsibilities include advising on fertilizer selection, application rates and timing, monitoring crops, managing demonstration plots, promoting company products, and coordinating with sales and agronomy teams. The role requires preparing daily and weekly reports, collecting market and competitor feedback, and ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.
- Qualifications: Intermediate diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of field experience preferred.
- Skills: strong communication, farmer engagement, basic reporting, problem solving, and willingness to travel extensively.
