Job Description
H&S Real Estate is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to enhance our team! In this role, you will provide essential IT support to our staff, addressing queries and ensuring optimal system performance. Key responsibilities include monitoring the performance of hardware and software, updating applications, upgrading hardware, maintaining databases, and safeguarding system security.
Qualified candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist. A strong understanding of computer systems and excellent communication skills are crucial.
