Position: Customer Support Representative
Work Schedule: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
Job Type: On-Site
Key Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries with professionalism, manage class schedules, process exam bookings, and deliver exceptional service to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong proficiency in English, and at least 1 year of customer support experience preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Compensation: Rs65,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month.
