Job Description
Ibees Enterprises is looking for a confident, English-speaking team member to contribute to our packaging industry project. As a Customer Support & Sales Specialist on the night shift, you will serve as the first point of contact for our international clientele, driving sales and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone, email, and live chat communications.
- Convert inquiries into sales while effectively resolving customer complaints.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0–3 years of customer support or sales experience.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Compensation: Rs 60,00 – Rs 70,00 per month
