Job Description
ibex is seeking a dedicated full-time International Customer Service Specialist for our Karachi Division. In this on-site position, you will provide exceptional customer support, ensuring an outstanding experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering top-notch service.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service and support skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
Job Details: This is a contract position for 6 months, offering a salary range of Rs90,00.00 – Rs115,00.00 per month, with evening and night shifts required.
