Job Description
IBSTEC is seeking a dedicated Team Lead – Sales to drive our healthcare recruitment efforts in the UK. This pivotal role requires you to lead an enthusiastic sales team while establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare clients throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assess staffing requirements and implement tailored strategies.
- Facilitate revenue growth through effective client acquisition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely candidate placements.
Location: Lahore, Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
