Job Description
IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated IT Assistant to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring optimal functionality of IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-line technical assistance for hardware, software, and network challenges.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot system and application issues both remotely and on-site.
- Assist in managing IT asset inventory effectively.
- Ensure systems are updated with the latest security patches and antivirus software.
Salary: Up to $30,00
Location: 1st Floor, Plaza #12, Hadi Heights, Canal Gardens Main Rd, DD-Block D Bahria Town-Lahore.
Shifts: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
