Job Description
Ihsan Sons Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a meticulous Assistant Manager – Compliance to ensure our operations align with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee adherence to policies, laws, and regulations.
- Perform audits to identify and mitigate compliance gaps.
- Ensure proper maintenance of compliance documentation and reports.
- Provide compliance training for staff members.
- Address compliance issues and enhance existing processes.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and compliance tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management; compliance certifications preferred.
