Job Description
IKAN Engineering Services Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Site Admin Officer to oversee key site operations. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining essential site records such as files, payments, invoices, and documentation.
- Tracking daily attendance and processing leave requests for payroll purposes.
- Managing worker accommodations and related logistics.
- Handling various administrative tasks and adapting to site-specific needs.
- Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and enhancing team communication.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining all audit documentation.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in project site administration and be proficient in MS Office.
