Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Production Manager to oversee our daily operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, enhancing production efficiency, and implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams, maintain production records, and generate detailed reports. Additionally, you will supervise and train the production staff.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology, with a minimum of 4 years in FMCG production. A strong understanding of food safety standards, coupled with excellent analytical and leadership skills, is essential. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
