Job Description
Indigo Developers is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to effectively manage and optimize project costs throughout the construction phase. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing precise cost estimates, monitoring project expenses, administering contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Monitor project expenses and implement effective cost control measures.
- Manage contracts and resolve any related issues.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must possess a PEC number.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs150,00 – Rs250,00 per month
Location: Lahore, in-person work required.
