Job Description
Inspired Solutions Provider is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with 3 to 4 years of experience to enhance our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will proficiently manage both administrative and executive tasks with a strong emphasis on professionalism, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sustain scheduling and correspondence management.
- Prepare documents and presentations with precision.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements.
- Support the HR and finance departments as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for the office.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) | Experience: 4 years in administration (preferred)
