Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research related to organizational development.
- Create job descriptions and job specifications.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (Marketing minor preferred).
- 0-1 year of experience in a human resources role.
