What You’ll Do:
- Professionally manage both inbound and outbound calls
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM | Monday–Friday
Location: Wapda Town Phase 1 (On-site)
