Job Description
Jacked Nutrition is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Complaint Handler to join our Customer Support and Quality Assurance Department in E-11 Isb. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 4 years of experience in customer service or complaint management, demonstrating strong conflict resolution skills and effective communication. You will be responsible for managing customer complaints, conducting thorough investigations, and ensuring timely resolutions while prioritizing customer satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required.
