Job Description
Jani Biryani is seeking a diligent Kitchen Supervisor to manage our kitchen stock, inventory, and supply chain operations at our centralized kitchen. The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels, accurately recording usage, and entering daily inventory data into our database.
Key responsibilities include generating stock reports, ensuring adherence to cleanliness protocols, and collaborating with team members for efficient operations. Prior experience in kitchen management and familiarity with inventory systems is highly desirable.
