Job Description
Translation Empire PK is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will support sourcing, screening, and engaging with top-tier technical talent.
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand team requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills and cultural compatibility.
- Leverage platforms like Workable ATS and LinkedIn for effective candidate sourcing.
Requirements: A MA/BA degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field; a basic understanding of recruitment processes is preferred.
Work Mode: In-office position from 10 AM to 7 PM, located in DHA Sector F, Rwp. We offer a competitive salary.
