Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Officer to provide exceptional technical support and maintain the integrity of our hotel’s IT systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure, including guest services such as Wi-Fi, TV, POS systems, and booking platforms. You will assist hotel staff with hardware, software, and network issues, contributing to a smooth operational environment.
