Deal20one is on the lookout for a meticulous and responsible Order Confirmation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing incoming orders, verifying all pertinent details, and effectively communicating with customers to ensure accuracy before liaising with our operations team for seamless order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and confirm customer orders via phone.
• Verify order details, including items, quantities, and delivery addresses.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all confirmed orders.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills and prior experience in e-commerce or order management is preferred.

Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs20,00.00 to Rs25,00.00, along with benefits such as a fuel allowance and medical support.
