Job Description
Telelinkz is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Inbound Sales Specialist to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will respond to inbound calls, transforming inquiries into sales by thoroughly understanding customer needs and providing pertinent information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers over the phone, identifying their needs.
- Inform customers about our comprehensive telecom products and services.
- Foster strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets consistently.
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required, along with strong communication skills. Candidates must be available for the shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Salary: Rs 120,00 plus uncapped commission.
