Job Description
Blue Pine Mountain House is on the lookout for a seasoned Executive Manager to lead our hotel operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various hotel departments, recruiting and training staff, addressing guest concerns, developing marketing strategies, and managing budgets effectively.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Master’s degree preferred) and have a minimum of 8 to 15 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary ranging from Rs150,00.00 to Rs250,00.00 per month.
