Job Description
EZ MD Solutions is actively looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Support Engineer to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical billing, digital marketing, and software development systems. Key responsibilities include delivering technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts, and upholding system security.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, along with proven experience in IT support. A strong understanding of network management and familiarity with HIPAA compliance are essential. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are advantageous.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of Rs37,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month. Candidates must be prepared to commute to Rawalpindi.
