Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Experience Representative to join our team at a leading Web Applications & Data Integration Company. In this vital role, you will bridge the gap between the company and our clients by providing outstanding service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include promptly addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Additionally, you will process orders and manage product returns efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or relevant customer service experience, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Location: College Road, Lahore. Job Type: Full Time, Night Shift (9 PM to 6 AM PKT).
