Position Overview: The Time Keeper will be responsible for overseeing employee attendance, managing shift schedules, and inputting payroll data in an industrial environment, ensuring effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain biometric and manual attendance records.
- Compile attendance data to facilitate payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Manage shift rosters and handle leave requests efficiently.
- Generate comprehensive attendance reports and address employee inquiries promptly.
